Ingredients
- 60 ml Bourbon whiskey (e.g., Jim Beam)
- 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup (1:1 sugar + water)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Lemon slice or Maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until chilled.
