  • 2 thick-cut beef steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), about 8-10 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  1. Prepare the steak: Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature. Pat dry with paper towels.
